Marketing Designer

Holidays: 25 days plus statutory

Position: Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Reporting to Head of Marketing this person will execute marketing campaigns in print and digital formats.  Key responsibilities are to design and build customer e-newsletters and to design and deliver printed materials to stores and to support the Head of Marketing in all areas of Marketing. This role is responsible for creating and coordinating graphics, images, print materials, digital material and e-newsletters to ensure campaigns are delivered highly effectively and on time. The candidate must be a strong project manager, a good communicator, visually creative, have a lot of initiative and be able to meet deadlines on a daily basis.

 Responsibilities

  • To fulfil campaign communication in print and digital formats in accordance with brand  guidelines
  • Coordinate, design, build and deliver customer e-newsletters. Including various automations and workflows to target different communication to different customer segments
  • Monitor and report upon campaign metrics, provide analysis and recommendations
  • Coordinate and deliver store support – designing posters and other store materials such as membership cards, gift vouchers and DMs. Arranging print quotes, ordering and delivery of materials to stores
  • Support stores with local marketing activities and events
  • Writing copy for marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites
  • Create and update content for the website such as campaign pages, graphics, image compositions, copy writing and basic HTML page design
  • Provide content for digital marketing campaigns
  • Image bank filing and management as well as editing of images and graphics
  • Assist the Marketing and also E-com teams with general marketing activity & design requirements

 Skills and Qualifications

  • Be fully experienced with InDesign and Photoshop and have strong graphic design skills
  • Graphic Design or Marketing Degree or similar
  • E-newsletter design and building essential
  • HTML experience preferable  
  • Strong copy writing skills
  • Be able to meet deadlines on a daily basis
  • Prioritise own workload and use initiative
  • Be highly organised

 

 

 

Marketing Executive

Holidays: 25 days plus statutory

Position: Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Reporting to Head of Marketing this person is responsible for implementing key elements of the marketing strategy and executing marketing campaigns across internal and external platforms.  This role is responsible for social media implementation, liaising with all 3rd parties ensuring campaigns are delivered highly effectively and on time.  They will also be required to report upon and present analysis of marketing activity.  The candidate must be a strong project manager, a good communicator, have a lot of initiative and be able to meet deadlines on a daily basis.

 Responsibilities

  • To fulfil campaign communication in accordance with brand  guidelines
  • Fully responsible for implementing our social media strategy, responsible for growth and engagement across various networks and reporting
  • Liaising with all affiliates (network agency and direct affiliates) to implement the affiliate strategy,  provide campaign updates and all collateral to 3rd parties  
  • Liaising with PPC agency regarding campaign communications and optimising PPC campaigns
  • Responsible for updating and reporting upon editorial pages on our website, using Magento CMS and Google Analytics
  • Assist with increasing Member sign ups via online CTAs, online pop ups and store activities
  • Support stores with local marketing activities and events
  • Liaising with external PR contacts and respond to PR requests
  • Paperwork such as; validations, Purchase Orders, invoices, credit card receipts
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the customer database (Excel)
  • Update, monitor and report upon marketing campaign metrics, provide analysis and recommendations and implement improvements
  • Assist Head of Marketing and the Marketing & E-com teams with general marketing activity

 Skills and Qualifications

  • Marketing Degree or similar
  • 2 years experience
  • Photoshop experience preferable  
  • Strong copy writing skills
  • Be able to meet deadlines on a daily basis
  • Prioritise own workload and use initiative
