Great for parents, Awesome for the planet

Our vision is to ensure all PO.P clothes last at least 3 children. And with 90% of emissions in the clothing industry coming from production, it’s now more important than ever to keep our clothes in circulation for longer. We accept anything and everything PO.P for trade-in; from socks to swimwear, no matter where you bought it from or how old it is. We’ll pay you in PO.P vouchers to save on a future purchase.

TRADE IN PRE-LOVED PO.P INSTORE

You can return items to our standalone stores in the Grand Arcade Cambridge or in Westfield London. Unfortunately our concession stores are not able to accept Second Hand items.

Please ensure that items are clean, freshly washed and undamaged. When brought into store, a member of our store team will check the item ensuring it is eligable for resale.

Should your item be accepted for resale, you will receive a PO.P Second Hand voucher to use on a future purchase at Polarn O. Pyret*. You can check out our trade in prices below.

*This voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date that the garment has been handed over. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer and cannot be used towards purchasing gift cards or second hand items. Must be used in a single transaction and cannot use more than one voucher code on a transaction.

TRADE IN ONLINE

If you're unable to return your items in store you can use our online portal.

You can visit the portal by clicking below and simply selecting all the items you’d like to trade-in from your purchase history. No purchase history? No worries - we accept all PO.P items, from socks to swimwear, no matter where you originally bought it

Hurrah! We're over the moon to announce that Polarn O. Pyret has won the Drapers 'Best Circularity Initiative' for 2023 with PO.P Second Hand, a category featuring huge brands such as Ebay, M&S and Mulberry.

From The Judges

Judges emphasised how strong this category was and wanted all to acknowledge the progress of all entrants. However the winner was praised for putting circularity “so clearly at the core of their business and growth plans” and for having the data to back it up, while others were impressed at how it evidenced that a second-hand marketplace was enabling it to produce fewer new products.
